1. NURSING SUPERINTENDENT  : BSc. Nursing.

2. CARDIAC TECHNICIAN             :  Higher Secondary (10+2) in Science and certificate course or Diploma in Cardiology Lab Investigations consisting of ECG, Holter and TMT. Candidate trained in Echocardiography is preferable.

   CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST       : Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology / Social Psychology

4. ECG TECHNICIAN                       : 10+2 / Graduation in Science having Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology / Cardiology /Cardiology Technician / Cardiology Techniques of a reputed institution

5. FIELD WORKER                           :  12th (10+2 stage) in Science with Biology or Chemistry

6. HEALTH and MALARIA INSPECTOR GRADE II : B.Sc. having studied Chemistry as Main / Optional subject in any branch of Chemistry while undertaking the course. Plus (a) One year Diploma of Health / Sanitary Inspector (OR) (b) One year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health
   Sanitary Inspector awarded by National Council for Vocational Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, New Delhi.

7. LABORATORY ASSISTANT GRADE II : 12th in Science plus diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Certificate Course in Medical Lab.

8. PERFUSIONIST : B.Sc with Diploma in Perfusion Technology (OR)
   B.Sc and Three years experience in Cardio Pulmonary Pump Technician in Reputed Recognized Hospital.

9.  PHYSIOTHRAPIST GRADE I:  Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University and Two years practical experience in Physiotherapy from the Government / Private Hospital with
   atleast one hundred beds.

10. RADIOGRAPHER X-RAY TECHNICIAN :  10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography / X Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology (2 years course) from recognized Institute. Science graduates with Diploma in Radiography / X Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology (2 years course) shall be preferred.

11. PHARMACIST (ENTRY GRADE)  : 12th in Science with diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharma.

12.  DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN :   BSc. plus diploma in Haemodialysis or two years satisfactory in-house Training / Experience in Haemodialysis work in a reputed institution (proof to be attached).

13.  OPTOMETRIST: B.Sc in Optometry or Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician (the course duration should be of 3 to 4 years ). The candidate should have Registration with the concerned Council /
    Licensing body.

14. LABORATORY SUPERINTENDENT: B.Sc with Bio-Chemistry / Micro Biology / Life science / B.Sc with Chemistry and Biology as main or as optional / subsidiary subjects or eqivalent plus Diploma in Medical Lab technology(DMLT) or BSc in Medical Technology(Laboratory).

16.  DIETICIAN (Level 7) : B Sc (Science Graduate) with Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics (one year course) or B.Sc Home Science + M.Sc Home Science (Food and Nutrition).

17.  CATH LABORATORY TECHNICIAN: B.Sc and Diploma from a reputed Cardiac Lab in Cardiac Professional Cath Lab work or two years house training /experience in a reputed Cardiac Cath LABORATOR.

18.  OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST  : 10+2 with Science and Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy.

19.  AUDIOLOGIST AND SPEECH THERAPIST  : Bachelor in Audiology, Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) and must be registered with
    Rehabilitation Council of lndia (RCl).

20.  SPEECH THERAPIST   : B.Sc and Diploma in Audio and Speech Therapy and 2 years experience in the related field.
