- Candidate must have UG or PG or PHD in Discipline related to Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Veterinary Science ir Bio-Chemistry or Micro-Biology or Chemistry or Bachelor of Medicines or bachelor of Surgery or bachelor of Dental Surgery or bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery or bachelor of Unani Medicine and surgery or bachelor of Siddha Medicine and surgery or bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery or bachelor of Sowa Rigpa Medicine and Surgery
- Must be Completed training as specified by Food Authority
- Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in metric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
